So Joffrey Lupul missed practice today. He missed last nights game due to back spasms and is likely to miss tomorrows game against Carolina too. The Hurricanes are currently in last place in the Eastern Conference. However, they have been getting better lately so the Ducks will have to be prepared. On the other hand, there’s certainly one thing speaking for a Ducks victory. The Carolina Hurricanes has yet to win on the road this season. They’ve lost all their eleven road games, three of them in overtime.
Off the ice we’re in that time of the season when pretty much nothing happens. There have been some rumours around the Ducks though, much because of their bad start obviously. We’ve seen Marchant, Giguere, Niedermayer and Carlyle rumours already and now Bobby Ryan is the guy getting attention. I wont really bother caring that much though. The article on Yahoo Sports seemed more like pure speculation than any actual facts if you ask me. Ryan isn't going anywhere at this point.
