- Right winger Teemu Selanne will likely miss 4-6 weeks with a broken hand. However, a timetable has yet to be set. In addition, the Ducks recalled forward Dan Sexton from the AHL. Sexton will make his NHL debute tonight.

- Forward Kyle Chipchura will also make his first game as a Duck since being traded from Montreal a couple of days ago.

- Forward Kyle Calder will need 2-3 more weeks off the ice to recover from a eye injury.

- Center Ryan Carter is out until late December with a broken foot.

- Evgeny Artyukhin, MacGregor Sharp and Steve Eminger will serve as healthy scratches.
